Great first experience. The staff were all very nice, I felt like their focus in the moment was my cat, not rushing him through to get to the next patient. Cost quoted for his neuter is considerably higher than the vet I have been using, so have to weigh that against distance in the future.

Always great people, help, service, etc. Have been a customer for quite sometime and although I don t go as often as some do, when I need them they are there. I ve learned over the years with their guidance, the feeding, care, etc. If there is an issue they are all over it to find out why, when, how, and what to do. Costs may seem a bit high but remember you get what you pay for, just like people doctors. Since he is a family member, he deserves to be seen by better vet s. I have gone to others were more expensive &/or not as good. One of my dogs was treated for swelling mainly in his face and given antibiotics by another vet clinic when he was simply allergic to a product. Try them, you will see why everyone in my family with pets, brings them to ZimmVet.

Any experience with this clinic is always top-rate in any aspect: quality of care provided, professionalism of all staff, facilities clean and well cared for, cost. I wish Zimmvet was closer (I m 2+ hours 1 way away); if so, no question it would be my regular clinic. On this unplanned drop-off visit on a Monday morning (yes, worst possible time!), the visit could not have been better. The time frame in which the exam was completed far exceeded any hope I had with the timing of an early Monday. Thank you for regularly exceeding any hopes or expectations I have!!!
