I went to Zimm Vet in a crises. My Yorkie s trachea collapsed and the current meds weren t working from another vet. After meeting the staff at Zimm Vet, I felt heard and they gave me options. I even got a follow up call the next day from the vet herself. Very professional yet so down to earth and they don t charge insane fees. Extremely surprised and pleased, it couldn t have been better of a visit!

This was honestly the best vet visit I ve probably ever had. We called on Tuesday and couldn t get in to be seen until Friday - which I completely understand, given staffing issues, the rise in pet ownership, etc - but that was still the same week, so I appreciated getting the appointment. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional and I just appreciate the whole approach by the whole clinic. You ve won our future business. Thank you!

I had the best tech for my puppy! I cannot remember her name, but she showed so much love to my puppy and she was so helpful with concerns I had about my puppy. I loved our tech!

While Zimm Vet is not the cheapest, They are the BEST

ZimmVet staff care about the animals and families. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our family pets, and ZimmVet supported us in taking as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Never an easy thing to have to do; they were so kind and caring throughout the whole process. Thank you!

I was very grateful that the doctor included me via phone at Gingers appointment since I had to work. I know that is going above what is expected, and I really appreciated it.

By far the best vet I have ever been to. The staff were all friendly. I love that I got a detailed email with results vs a voicemail or being told over the phone. It makes it easy for me to reference. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at ZimmVet.

The staff was friendly and great! We had to travel to have surgery for our cat and they were great to get us in and get our cat on his way to recovery. They helped get us on our way as soon as possible after surgery and followed up to check on him.

First time visit, friendly staff and took time for questions. Great follow up after the visit with test results and next steps.

I had an emergency with my dog. ZimmVet got her in the same day with a Veterinarian seeing her between appointments! They did an amazing job researching the possible reasons for her sickness. They got a list of medications my dog may have eaten and evaluated each medicine. They are so caring and compassionate and love animals. I trust them completely with the care of my dog!

Everything was great! Although Tinker is very nervous during her appointments, the techs and doctors always do their best to make her feel comfortable and less vulnerable.
