Doctor Buntain is very compassionate regarding Sam’s heart condition. She is knowledgeable on current treatments and is patient while answering my questions and addressing concerns. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

I would never again take my pets to a place that takes them away for treatment. the sofas in the waiting room are so low it is hard to get up from them. the bench in the treatment room was so high i couldn t get up on it.

Welcome to Spring Branch! I was so impressed with the new decor. Everything was done professionally and I was very happy with the trim of Skeeter s nails. I have never had anyone trim them as short as y all did and I know it has to be more comfortable for her. Wish all treatments were done in exam room rather than behind closed door. I don t doubt her care at all when back there but I m an RN so that stuff doesn t bother me and it gives me more time with techs and vet if I come up with any questions. Thanks! Bambi Mayer

I was very disappointed in the price of the the prescriptions, based on online prices. I will in the future request a written prescription and purchase online or thru one of the local Pharmacies that offer pet meds. Also, the allergy injection was very expensive, I would have appreciated a heads up on that as I was told there was a pill that could have been given. Surely it would have been less expensive.

We moved here from VA and our Girl dog tore her ACL within 24 hours.... that being said, we had an appt the next morning and Dr Funtain was fabulous and Katy her help as well. Front office staff? Just superb!

I am THRILLED with the obvious care and compassion that all staff members show to all who enter the office. Your follow up calls really do help us pet parents know that our fur babies are in truly caring hands. One of our pups was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and the only thing that has made that easier on our family is the kind and gentle guidance the vet and staff provide. We feel listened to and in control of our pups care and know that when Georgia Bama is done sharing her beautiful life with us, she will pass peacefully having known the best veterinary staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Thank you for what you do!!!!
