My dog enjoys his grooming time every time! That was not thew case with the place I used taken him to.

From the moment I made the call to make the appointment to stepping in the door it was like being back home with family. Not only did you care about Ruger you cared about his family also. Everyone was so kind ,helpful and caring. I’m so thankful that we found Dr.Carolyn again.

The staff was very understandable when I had to cancel my first appointment at the last minute, because one of the cats had de-materialized! Luckily, my granddaughter helped me corral him the next day, and we made it to the appointment on time. The staff helped me get both kitties Into the building, and everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Both Bill and Dr. Carolyn were super friendly, and listen to the information I had about both cats. Because they are 11 years old, they are senior cats, so we had bloodwork ordered to make sure they are healthy. They got their rabies shots and their claws clipped , and our visit was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr Carolyn Kacocha has been great and was understanding of our situation and how it related to the care of Squeeky. The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming, the techs friendly and informative, and we re delighted to have Dr K taking care of our cats.

It was a fabulous visit today!! Lizzie, Kenzie, and Dr. Carolyn were fabulous with Shooter today!! I could tell he enjoyed his visit with them. Heather and Vicki were great at the front desk! Quick to greet us and very friendly!! I love this clinic!!!

Went in for a more urgent appointment after a possible seizure for my dog. Dr and tech were both very friendly and genuinely cared about him and me. Very thorough and addressed all my questions concerns. Very happy with the appt despite the reason for it.

Mr. Muffers looks amazing. I can tell he also feels so much better after his Grooming. Somer is so awesome. I will always be taking Mr. Muffers to Somer for his grooming needs.

Great office!

We are coming to this clinic from Ft Harrison Vet because we had been seen by Dr Karoline there and trust her diagnosis and treatment plans. Our pets are elderly and she shows great concern and empathy for both our pets and their humans. It’s a much less convenient drive, but worth it to feel listened to and get good care for our pets.
