We feel extremely blessed to have Skipworth as our cat s vet. He and his staff are phenomenal, and I would not trust anyone else with my cat s care. They are very efficient and thorough, and they truly care about their patients and the families.

So grateful and appreciative of what you and your staff has done for me and my baby Minna. She would have died and no one was willing to help with me without allot of money, which I didn t have all at once. But, you did! And I thank you from the bottom of my heart. There s no better vet than you!! I would recommend you to anyone and I will bring her back to your office from now on!!!

The techs & office staff were very polite & friendly. Dr. Skipworth was very helpful in diet & behavioral areas and answered all of my questions.

I haven t been to any other veterinary clinics but Skipworth s office is ALWAYS nice and clean. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring. I could never go to another clinic.

I always have a good experience at your clinic. Since it was a Friday at 3:00 p.m. it was a busier which made my wait longer. And there was more animal fur on the floor in the lobby than I have ever seen. But it smells really nice and I feel very comfortable having my fur babies in your care.

Everyone at your office was so sweet and helpful to us during our last visit. Lugging a big (stinky...thanks to the skunk)dog and three young children to a vet visit is never an easy task. We appreciated a quick visit, answers to all our questions, suckers for the kids, and even a band aid for a stubbed toe.

I have been bringing my pets to this practice, since moving o Richmond several years ago. I am so happy to have found a vet and staff who truly love animals, and are so caring about their human families. I highly recommend this practice whenever I learn someone is looking for a vet in this geographic area.

Love this office! My dog did have one of this legs shaved under his bandage that I was not aware was going to happen. Not a big deal as it will grow back but I was not expecting it when I removed the bandage.

Do you send out notifications when a pet s heartworm test is about to expire? Maybe you do, and I just didn t pay enough attention, but if you don t that would be a good thing to do as it is a financial burden and the tests have always been negative. Thank you.
