Moving back into the city I was nervous I would not find a vet that I would be content with. I am very happy with TLC and I am grateful for all your hard work. Thank you for providing great care for my pets!

Front desk staff should be more coustomer friendly. Be attentive to the person in front of them. Answer phone without huffing and know how to schedule new appts. Also should not tell new coustomers that the food they are feeding their pet is crap .

I found it somewhat strange that I had to wait past my appointment time of 12pm since there was no one else in the waiting room or in any of the examination rooms when I arrived.

I d appreciate a little less pushing on costly services. Chiropractic care and physical therapy sound great, but when I decline, I d like to leave it at that. Other than that everything was great!

The pet flea collar I had bought I found cheaper elsewhere, but i had needed immediately so I bought on the spot, not hesitation. I was pretty upset though that it took 2 appointments to find out my pet had fleas. Also, I had bought some gel infection medication the first appointment and had I known my pet had fleas I could have just bought the stuff for that instead and saved my money (the appointments themselves are expensive and so is the medication).

Yes, first I did not like the fact that they gave my puppy a toy to play with that was sitting in the waiting area. I don t know why dogs have been mouthing it prior... and the germs that can be spread by the dogs... that is gross! Secondly, although everyone seemed knowledgeable the vet never introduced herself to me. A group of people Mae into the exam room but she didn t identify herself. That would have been nice . Thanks

Dr. Monica is the best, compassionate and thorough in the care of my senior kitty. Staff is friendly and professional. I can t imagine going to another clinic with my pets.
