Very glad I made the switch to country side vet. It was nice to have the vet thoroughly explain all things that were going with my dog and what medications were needed and why, what they will do to help. Then to have the vet call after all the testing to explain the results and the plan, answering all my questions. Giving the time needed to understand everything rather than hurry me up was a pleasant surprise. Also, to get an email going through everything again to make sure nothing was missing was great and very appreciate it.

I have been very pleased with the care from any of the veterinarians and CVTs who have seen either Sunny or Beamer. They provide thorough explanations and listen to any concerns I have.

During my last visit the doctor, her assistants, and staff were very professional and helpful. They were very patient and kind with my cat and explained things clearly to me as well as gave good suggestions for how to proceed taking care of her. They answered all my questions and sent email notes with detailed records and treatment info and additional resources to me. Highly recommend

the whole team was awesome, the facilities were spotless, everything was excellent! Brian Darkow is a wonderful vet and our little Pudge seemed very relaxed with him caring for her. Mike and I are very grateful for the time spent with us.
