The only staff I like are the vet techs. Dr. Chen is very unprofessional and just looks for ways to make you spend more money and doesn t actually listen to me or my concerns. Will be looking for a new vet because of her.

Great experience with my cat clancy! Everything was explained to me and I liked that I was called when he woke up. Also, the vet tech who brought him out to my car was the best! She was so excited to give clancy back to me and tell me how he was singing songs all afternoon and how sweet he was. It is nice to know that he was given some love/attention when waking up from getting groomed. It is also great to interact with people who clearly love their job and animals :)

I love how they are efficient with check in and how they communicate with you via phone during the dogs visit so that we are able to socially distance ourselves. It was such a great experience and everyone was so nice and especially sweet to both of my dogs. I am so happy and honored to support a local/small business like this one.

I am happy I was able to get my cat in to see the vet early in the morning due to this being an emergency visit. Dr. Quigley called me after seeing my cat and explained what she was doing and what was determined to be potentially what was going on with my cat. She called promptly today with the lab results and gave me time to give some family history and concerns with my cat. Thanks, Sena Garber
