This was the first time I used the App to schedule a visit. It was convenient and worked well. The staff was great with my pet. They went out of their way to accommodate an extra request to help groom my pet and they got very fuzzy with fur for dooming it! No complaints on their part, they were genuinely glad to help.

While I had my daughter bring my pet in, I appreciated being able to be on speaker phone to participate. I also appreciated the call the next day to discuss an additional care plan and being able to work together to help rule out other issues.

The staff members/clinicians were friendly, and the facilities were clean. There was a discrepancy in my bill, however we were able to sort it out without much trouble. The front desk staff was very helpful with it.

I ve moved a lot over the years and our pets have subsequently been to more vets than I can remember. Your customer service and kindness and professionalism was above and beyond my expectations. Lovely service, personable, and I did not feel rushed when asking lots of questions. Great job and thank you for getting my cat in same-week for surgery. I wish I didn t live 1.5 hours away so you could be my regular vet clinic!
