EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE ALL AROUND

This was the first time I used the App to schedule a visit. It was convenient and worked well. The staff was great with my pet. They went out of their way to accommodate an extra request to help groom my pet and they got very fuzzy with fur for dooming it! No complaints on their part, they were genuinely glad to help.
