Dr. Ludwig went above and beyond to help my dog Abby in a difficult situation. They did a thorough exam and followed up after. I was very pleased with their services, including the assisting staff. Everyone was very friendly also.

great service, full explanations, costs up front given, visiting post op great. (post-op visitig hours were not posted on building, so we missed out on an afternoon visit arriving at 4:05 pm). We did not realize visiting hrs were posted on business card....therefore we should have seen that....oops

This time we didn t see a vet; we boarded our dogs in Phillips overnight. The girls were very pleasant and helpful when I picked our dogs up and it was obvious they loved our dogs. I only had one issue at all. After I got home, our little dogs both ran immediately to the full water dish. Not only did they drink it up, they also drank half of another one I put down. In fact, they were very thirsty for the next few hours and kept visiting the water bowl. Consequently, that s led me to believe they never received enough water while being boarded. If you could mention to those who work there to keep a closer watch on the water dishes of all the dogs there, I believe that would make for a much more pleasant experience for all concerned. Thank You for this opportunity.
