I have been hunting for a vet in the metro with fair prices. I also have a vet in Northern MN by our cabin during the summer. When I inquired about a refill on my $5 medicine, your price was $39. Also at almost $190 to treat my Guinea Pig, the cost was more than my daughter s visit to the doctor last week. I think you did a really nice job but it felt like you price guaged on some odd things like the medicine I buy all the time. Even though I am critical of your prices I think you did a nice job treating my animal. I think you should give a cost estimate up front like dentists offer

We truly appreciate everyone that helped us at Waconia Vet. I called on Friday with no appointment and Lisa at the front desk did everything she could to help us, despite being busy. She and a very nice veterinary technician (sorry that I forgot her name) helped to identify what was bird mites on our dog and what we needed to do to get rid of them and care for our dog Rosie. A heartfelt thank you to everyone there, you went above and beyond to help us!

Dr. Mandy, Courtney, and team are amazing! Some people say Waconia vet is expensive, which I find horrifying because no one ever came to me when I was raising my son to say I was spending to much on his doctor. You get what you pay for, and Waconia Veterinary Clinic takes the best care of my sweet boy.

I feel very comfortable taking my dog here. My questions are always answered. Ben is 14 now. He has been coming to Waconia vet since a puppy. At times we have lived as far as 1 1/2 hour drive, but because he is treated so well, we continued to come here. Thank you for your compassion, education, and caring you give to him and myself. Melissa is so easy to talk to. She is a true asset to have!

Everyone at your clinic has always been amazing. You not only go above and beyond for our pets, but for us as well. There s been more than once in the past (with our previous Dane, Harley) where he became quite ill, and his tests/treatment were quite expensive for us in an emergency situation. I have always been more than pleased with the Vet Tech s and Dr. Sutich is the best. You can tell the genuinely care.

My experience with Waconia Veterinary has always been positive. The staff are very understanding and compassionate.

My last visit was for dog grooming. Shawna is always booked out and I am not a planner. It is great she is so busy and she is great with my dogs - sometimes it is just tough to find the time to get them in for her servicing. :( Thank you!!!!

I was out of town and Henry became very sick. I so appreciate the wonderful care he received and recommend Dr Harms and all the staff for your loved ones! I wouldn’t trust Henry’s care to anyone else.
