The atmosphere has changed the past few years. Front desk staff used to be friendly and polite. Now they are short and rude on the phone, have a know-it-all attitude, and are very unpleasant to deal with both in person and on the phone. Twice in the last year I have scheduled appointments with what I thought would be the veterinarian, only when I arrived I was told it was a tech appointment. Staff do not listen to my concerns when I call and do not explain the appointment scheduling system. This being said, the vets and vet techs are great to work with. Unfortunately the front desk staff are not and I will be looking for a different clinic because of them.

This was one of the best visits I have had to Casselton Vet. The Dr that saw my dog was phenomenal and I actually felt like she cared. She made conversation with me which made me feel much more comfortable. I really appreciate the care Kimber and I received.

We have been using Casselton Vet service since 1985. We now live 60 miles away and still bring out pets there. We love our pets like family and would never take them anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The doctors are fantastic. Thanks you

I got the report after the appointment, which stated my dog was overweight, yet that was not discussed during the exam. At a previous visit it was discussed so we took measures to get her weight down. Her weight was down to the previous vets recommendation so that is bothersome.

When I called and made an appointment I wasn’t aware that it was considered “urgent” and I would be charged $80 for that. I didn’t request an urgent appointment. However, the service was great. Would have been nice to know that before getting the bill.

Molly is great at getting us the right care. We have horses So getting scheduling out to our barn can sometimes be tricky .... Castleton does a great job to make sure the horses are seen in a timely manner. Dr. Kingsley who saw my horse today explained everything, took time to answer my questions, and left with making sure there was a follow up plan. Thank you for the great work!!!!

You guys are the best! The vets and techs take such an excellent care of Maya! The pharmacy always has her meds on time. The ladies at the appointment desk are so pleasant and friendly. I really appreciate how well the staff treats Taz and they take such great care of him. He enjoys coming to the Vet to see everyone. It is such a joy to hear when they tell Me how much the love and enjoy seeing him and having him as a patient and go above and beyond to help him.
