Charlie and I love Dr. Smith and think she is wonderful!

The staff here are incredible. They are kind, informative, and accommodating. Truly a blessing, I highly recommend them. Both locations have been taking care of me and my dog for years now, and i could not ask for better care.

I was very impressed with the front desk ladies, the tech, and the vet!

I was a little disappointed in that our 2nd dog that we brought for a blood draw for heartworm was having his usual ear issues, frequent infections with this one, I asked if they could just do a swab when they did the blood draw just to double check that it was infected and then we would do the usual treatment but was told no, had to make an appointment and bring him back because it was too close to lunch. We paid almost $300 for that visit and over $300 when we brought him back 2 days later for a swab and treatment - very unhappy about this!

The provider came into the room for a wellness exam and update the shots for my dog. She unfortunately did not do any exam checks like the Fargo location had done a year prior, like range of motion, checking joints, listening to breathing. Nothing like that.

Very happy with every aspect of visit to Casselton Vet

It seemed like there were too many appointments booked too close. Had to wait 10 min to get checked in. Phones ringing off hook and limited staff up front. Check out was the same and frustrating as just wanted to be on my way.

Our little Archie was suffering from severe neropathy and they got us in super fast, and within 24 hrs he was in surgery and back home! Care and quality of the procedure was A+. We take both our Dog and Cat to CV, no one else we d rather trust!

I was so happy to see Dr. Bjerke enter the office to do the wellness exam on my cat! I had him once before for the care of one of my dogs for removal of 2 benign fatty tumors on her back. I was so impressed with him and what he did for her and how he improved her quality of life and for that matter, mine too! I actually just requested that he be the Doc for both my dogs and my cat. He is absolutely wonderful with animals and is really personable with the humans too! I have had notes put on all their charts to have their appointments scheduled with him. They will get great care and I feel so blessed to have had him consent to being the Doc for my fur babies when asked. Thank you Dr. Bjerke!

Everyone at casselton vet in casselton are so caring and nice.

Excellent execution of all services provided. My dog has never been healthier and had he been well when we were seen. Would of enjoyed all the attention. But he s back now to good health thanks to Cassleton Vet Clinic! And price was good too!

The only negative thing I could say about this visit is that I waited a rather long time to go over results. The tech told me about 10 minutes, and it was closer to 35 minutes. Either way, the staff are great, friendly, and helpful.

All staff members were delightful! The vet and vet assistant were so gentle and kind to my dragon, even though he was a bit squirmy and cranky. They listened to every concern I had with him and gave me education about caring for him in the best way possible. When I was given a soak for his toe after he lost a nail, the vet assistant demonstrated how to use it. I could not ask for a better environment for my dragon, and we will be back!

Dr. Thill and Dr. Weyer were both amazing. Their techs were very kind as well, however I can not remember their names. I am very protective of Nixon so I greatly appreciate how much time they gave to me even when it probably feels like I m questioning their knowledge. Nixon is obviously a different special boy so the care and kindness they showed was appreciated much much more than can be expressed. Thank you for caring about us as humans and our furry family members.

Dr Smid was very professional and did great. All test came back good & have her a shot. Zoe is doing ok not eating alot yet. The techs were great too. I ve been going here for about 30 years. I normally see Dr. Bjerke for my pets but he was busy with doing teeth.

My vet was the rudest vet I have ever seen and will never ever come back in agin. I was instructed to help lift my 70 pound dog into the exam table and hold her scared and muzzled. I hurt my back and said so immediately and nobody cared at all. I left hardly able to take a breath. My back is still out and I am having a hard time moving getting out of bed cannot care for my dogs. I have more to say but I will not. I was told to take my dog and meds out to my care first then come in and pay. I wanted a change in meds but because the meds were take. To my car before payment and a controlled substance, I had to pay for them. Never ever coming back and my review of your office will continue past this . Smug vet terrible! I can’t say enough! I go to the other castleton vet this was a huge mistake!!! I’m disgusted. I made sure your receptionist made not of the injury I sustained. It better be noted or else that will be a problem. If I need exrays it’s not going to be my dime. You had a trainee in and there are witnesses. Since when is it the responsibility of the owner to help with exams!!!!!????
