Great appointment, got in within a day, appt was on time, great providers, answered all my questions, and provided thorough explanations. I am more than happy to make the drive to Casselton from Fargo, even if there is an office in town.

I was confused why the treatment plan was so different and more expensive than last time for the same treatment. I felt like I was talking to a car salesman trying to take me for everything he could. Asking to do unnecessary X-rays. Sedating my dog for a 5 second exam. $70 worth of pills when I don’t need that many. Just feels like I’m getting scammed.

Very quick appointment and the Dr was very thorough in her diagnosis. So appreciative of the front desk in helping schedule many follow up visits.

Dr Peterson and Sienna were wonderful when caring for my horse. Professional, kind, caring, gentle with my horse, and very thorough in explanations and reassurances. We are so grateful.

The Doctor was very good and the assistant was also. If they could take a little more time explaining what shots are required and explain all the shots and their advantages! As far as the cleanliness of the office facilities, I really didn t notice so I would say they were fine!

Recommendations on what I could do help keep my dog healthy especially as she starts to age or preventative care. More questions could be asked of me about my dog. (Any new lumps, injuries, joint pain, teeth issues, etc.) I feel like I have to keep a list of any changes or issues over the year. If I don t, they don t get discussed or none of the few questions they do ask trigger discussion. The visit wasn t bad by any means, just would encourage deeper discussion. In this particular visit I actually really enjoyed the nurse and vet who saw us!

Thank you so much for all you do, the entire team always takes such good care of us. Your job can be so difficult and thankless but please know that you are appreciated and we feel very grateful for you!

I appreciated that they saw me in a timely manner even though I was over 15 minutes early.

Booking online caused an issue and I had to call in twice to fix it. They were very helpful though when I called, and am probably going to prefer that for future appointments vs. online.

Our tech was AMAZING!!!! Please do whatever necessary to keep this young lady. She’s great to visit with, very informative/knowledgeable, a very good asset to Casselton Vet. She was FANTASTIC with both our dogs; we were especially impressed at how she handled our pitte. Never once showed any fear of him (he’s a big baby anyway), but she handled him so well. Thank you

I would give 5 stars instead of 4 but the survey won’t let me. We felt like Dr. K cared about our pup and us. She was thorough with her explanations so we understood treatment options. She’s great!

Dr. Huckle & team were wonderful with Sneaker. He gets anxious & was in pain so a little more on edge. The techs were amazing, sweet, kind & caring. Dr. Huckle was thorough, caring & provided information on all treatment options.
