Honestly, I was super worried. My Dawg is not the kindest. She is very old and we all know how Chihuahuas can be the visit went perfect. The nail trimming was very much needed and I m so thankful. She reacted well to everyone.

Dr. Hedges is a wonderful vet. She took a lot of time to explain the plan of care to me and sent me a clear summary by email. She also established a great rapport with my dog. He loves her!

I had additional questions about my dog s wellness and I though the vet would return to the room after checking on a medication. She did not and only the tech returned. I felt like the appointment was rushed and was not able to ask the questions I wanted to. Additionally, the medication for an ear infection listed a different ear than was the documented in the vet notes. I felt like this was not a good level of care my dog received.

We were in room 15 and it didn’t seem very clean. Other than that, Lisa and Dr. Grabow were outstanding!

I understand some wait time is expected. However, my visit on friday Feb 28th had excessive wait times with little to no update between blood draws/exams on when I would be seen next. I even asked the tech multiple times when the wait seemed to be longer than anticipated if I could leave and return with my laptop - even that took over an hour and twice saying we ll be right with you (and not being seen for 30 mins before I asked again) to get an answer. Happy with the medical care received, but it should not have been an 8.5 hr visit for an anal gland issue, and it should not have been 2.5 hrs between the tech giving updates. I felt ignored by the tech and the vets and incredibly frustrated.

Great experience overall. I would like to note that this Westside location of Noah s provided a MUCH better experience than the Millersville Rd location. The vet techs at Westside spent time thoroughly explaining the exam and provided much more information than the other location. As someone who loves their pets, Noah s Westside will become our primary place of care

Everyone at Noah’s is always kind and helpful. They really make you feel at home. They think your dog is as great as you do. The care is stellar! I have been going here over 10 years. They never fail to impress me. Wish I could single someone out but everyone I saw today was exceptional.

I understand being busy but leaving us in a room for 1.5 hours and not giving my pet pain medicine until he could be seen was just insane to me. I ended up being there for 5 hours and 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable
