I did have some difficulty making the appt, I was told they don t want to make evening appts as its for customers to pick up their pets. I mentioned that I work full time, so my only other option is Saturdays. I had to wait several weeks to get this appt for a Tuesday evening after complaining. I have been going to you for over 20 years and if making appts become an issue I really have to change offices.

The Doctors are knowledgeable and up to date with medical procedures always providing the best care possible. Dr. McCabe is an extraordinary veterinarian who is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and compassionate. We have followed her when she started at Longwood Vets because we care deeply for our cats, Jimmy and Joey. We wanted the best care possible. We get that with Dr. McCabe. Dr. McCabe always follows up with any requested information and frequently checks in to see how things are going. We can t even begin to say just how much we appreciate her. She is amazing.

I was a bit disappointed that the appointment did not meet the expectations based on my conversation with receptionists at the time of scheduling. I asked for an estimate for a procedure, was told to bring in my pet for eval, but still did not have questions answered or receive the estimate at that point. It was conveyed to me then that someone else was responsible for putting this together independent of the appointment. I would have appreciated a bit more transparency through out the process because I was taken off guard.
