In the middle of the heavy rainstorm everyone was wonderful and I really appreciated it.

As always, we were incredibly satisfied with the care we received from Longwood. I have not met the vet who saw our cat, but I was very pleased with her and the care our pet was given. These are really tough times and Longwood was excellent. I will always prefer to be with our pets when they get cared for, but I didn’t worry at all. Thank you for the best care ever.

Their diagnosis was accurate. He needed to go to an ER. Was admitted to hospital for sudden pancreatitis. He’s home now and doing well. This is the 2nd time Dr. Siegfried’s early diagnosis saved Frank’s life! She is wonderful!

The check-in procedures were very efficient and well done. Points of contact were excellent and I felt staff gathered all information necessary to do a thorough examination even without me being present to point out the issues of concern. It was our first visit as we are new to the area, but the tech who took our dog in from the car and then brought her back was great! And vet who treated her called to discuss the visit. Not being able to go in isn’t ideal, but thought they handled it great!

Understandable with COVID-19 I believe my cat smoodge would have been a little more settled with me in the room with her. Maybe next time. Thank you for taking the time to review with me both cats over the phone.

Don t know about how clean the place was, still not allowed in. I found this visit extremely impersonal because of the recent hysteria and since my dogs are my children did not care to totally give them to someone else, a stranger for their care. Not your fault, these are my feelings.

We feel very fortunate that our senior dog is in such wonderful hands. Doctors, nurses administrators are talented, compassionate and friendly. Thank you for your excellent care and commitment to your patients and their fur-parents!
