The entire staff is courteous. Technicians and nurses very skilled. Dr. Kimmy Siegfried is thorough, very knowledgeable, encourages questions and willingness to answer questions. Prompt feedback of lab and test results. Never feel pressured to have tests and procedures done. My pets are in such capable hands!!

I appreciate the fact that the Vet shared my opinion that my 10 yr old dog was very healthy and we could skip the senior 1/2 yr appointments. If she had issues I d understand but if I was pushed into doing those I would have been upset. I m very happy at Longwood.

I am grateful that such a professional practice as LVC is so close by. The doctors, nurses assistants and even the office staff are very compassionate and caring towards my cats. I have confidence in the diagnosis and opinions of the doctors and have felt this way from the time I moved here 15 years ago. Christine and Jessica are so friendly. Yesterday, Christine even opened the outside doors for me to leave because I was carrying my cat in a large carrier!!! What service!!! Thank you all!

Always pleased when I need to come in. this was an annual check up and shots but we also discussed some behavior issues with Dr. Parson s and she provided some great suggestions to help.

I have no complaints about the care, the staff, etc. my only complaint is the overall cost of wellness care and basic office visits. Costs have increased a lot since the introduction of pet insurance. Those of us with older pets who pay out of pocket have seen costs double in the last 6 years.
