We love Sheffield’s and we love Dr Eades. We feel so comfortable with her. We always leave feeling that our cats got the very best care. Dr Eades is so patient with us and with our cats.

I was so thankful for all you have done. Calling on a Friday night and worried about our cat they were AMAZING! We brought him in and had to do a surgery that night because of his condition. I am forever greatful for the whole team that helped us when we had no where else to go. Thankfully our cat is back home and doing great!

The only reason I gave a below score of waiting is I did wait for quite a while. BUT! I m good with that because someone brought a pet in as an emergency visit. I am thankful that this wonderful office makes those emergency calls available to us all. I have been in that position so I have NO issue with that.

I was very pleased with Dr Eades assessment of our dog, Abby. I think her diagnosis was correct about Abby having an infection. We have always felt we were lucky to have such great vets in London.
