I was very satisfied how everyone dealt with my dog who gets upset when we go to the vet. I did not realize that I would not be able to go in with him and was very worried about him getting aggressive but everyone was very encouraging and the appointment was a success. I was very appreciative of all of the staff.

Have been taking my dogs here for years. We moved to Columbus and still make the 45 minute drive despite many closer options. We have tried other more convenient vet clinics but they just didn’t measure up to Sheffield.

The whole team was great, especially in these crazy times of not being able to go in with my dog. This was a visit I have been avoiding as my dog is getting old and his health is declining and no one wants to face that. But everyone was very helpful and Dr. Marshall was fabulous in talking with me, being honest and extremely helpful in how best to make Trapper comfortable. Thanks to all!

I usually see another vet that was completely booked. I was squeezed in on a Friday evening of Labor Day weekend after being turned away from two other places. I really appreciate the staff going above and beyond to see my Great Dane puppy. I called and had my puppy examined by the vet within half an hour. Everything turned out just fine and I didn t have to worry over a long holiday weekend. Thanks!

It was strange and awkward to wait in the car and let someone take our cat in for her appt. Understandable in these weird times. We are grateful that your staff has always been helpful and caring. Thank you for coming up with creative ways to keep everyone safe.
