The staff here are always friendly and take the best care of my furbabies!

I haven t been there yet, but made appointment for Junior, my cat. The staff are Excellent and have been so patient with me as junior is still quite feral and very difficult to catch and out into a kennel to transport. I have recommended several of my friends to Melville Vet Clinic as they are Sincere, Patient and Professional.

All the staff take excellent care in listening to my concerns and the excellent care above and beyond for all my pets.

All for super great. Took excellent care of Kiki made him very comfortable he is usually a very high strung cat and not a people cat, he took to everyone that saw him so easily it was amazing. Made us very happy. Thank you for your excellence!

I live in Lumsden and bring a litter of pups(sometimes 2 at a time) all the way to Melville. We literally by-pass Lumsden, Regina and Indian head vets because we live you guys so much- in particular dr.jess?? she’s the best! I’m always in without long waits, everyone is super friendly and seem to really love animals. Love this clinic for sure! Steph

As always, you have upheld the high standard of care in your clinic. All staff are professional and compassionate. Your facility is spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly welcoming.

I m not sure you hot my responses. The were a 5 stars with the last a farm visit. Jess Murray has looked after my donkeys for many years and in addition to valuing her professional opinion, it was a comfort to have her there. She is the best.

Assistant commenting that Tya was puggie a couple times. Please explain what ideal weight and ways to achieve this while being critical maybe? Tya has her suggested serving twice a day, walks when weather allows etc. no crazy amounts of scraps or treats? We are pretty strict parents ??

I truely appreciate the freindly feeling you get when you walk in. The feeling that you are not just a customer but family. The care that is shown to not only to your pet but also to you as pet owner. You can see it how my pets react to them and how the staff react to them from the wonderful staff at the front to everyone in the back attending ti them or not. They truely care for you and your pet and have everyones best interest in mind. Ialso appreciate that after procedures they call and check in with you and are always open for any and all questions. 5/5 in our books Our family has been through our share of good and bad luck with our pets and we have always felt supported through it all. I would like to thank Dr. Tyson and fellow members of the team for coming out to the farm to do the tests for Twerp. That is why 2 questions could not be answered. We have had Twerp in a few times in Emergency and just about lost him once. I also lost my dog Breana in emergency and Dr. Brandi ?? made a terrible situation easier to live through with the options she gave even. Much appreciation to your friendly staff. Pat

There was a mix up with my appointment. Initially I was told I didn t have an appointment. The receptionist moved another Mya appointment instead of ours when I changed it the day before. Fortunately we were still able to be seen.
