I miss not being with Max when she is being examined. Max is a very good dog, never makes a fuss and is very timid. I miss not being with her to explain as Dr Evans was checking Max over. Max likes Dr Evans so she will be extra good. Keep up the awesome care you give Max.

Had Covid-19 protocols in place, so when we placed our order we were advised to phone when we arrived. A staff member greeted us at external door with our order and we were able to pay in the method of our choice. All professional, safe, efficient and friendly.

When confirming appointments, maybe just go over the policy for COVID. I actually didn’t even notice your sign on the door. Otherwise I thought everything was great. Staff was friendly, checked in post surgery which was nice and Dr Tyson was amazing to deal with!

We’ve loved Melville vet clinic for the last 3 years. We will not ever go anywhere else. Our one dog was seeing Zach, and at one point he was away for an emergency, And we were sent to another clinic. We almost lost our dog due to improper treatment, and immediately got back In with Zach, where he was able to save her life. Staff is absolutely above and beyond, and we will always recommend to every other pet owner we meet!! We have pets that have extreme medical conditions, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. They have not only saved 1, but 2 of our dogs in last minute, very difficult diagnosis. And we are so very grateful for this clinic!

We would like to thank Dr. Tyson for her communication and obvious care and concern with our pup Charley. We worry about his fearfulness but she did not and was so caring inter approach and dealing with him that it was such a relief. Thank you to all.

This is a great vet clinic. They are friendly, efficient and very accommodating. They are very good at emergency care. My dog really likes the care she is given and the vets who treat her. We are very fortunate to have this clinic for my animals.
