The staff was great as usual. The wait was longer than normal for a Saturday but I understand there were some emergency cases

We love all of the vets and vet techs. They are friendly and understand that our pets are family to us and they treat them as such. They also understand that budget concerns are real and aren’t constantly trying to up sell and make you feel bad if you can’t afford something.

Thank you for letting me bring my cat in at the end of the day and giving him such great care and attention. I appreciate you and the great care you give to my kitties.

Not promptly, I actually wasn t seen until 30 mins after my scheduled appointment which doesn t work well on a work day. Otherwise I was happy with staff and care.

As always, R2 was greeted with warmth and understanding, even when he presents a challenge.

We love Sunnycrest but it seems like the wait time in the lobby before your appt just keeps getting longer :( a lot of times we are taken into the back as late as a half hour or more past or appt time

We are very pleased with the friendliness, experience and service. We did some investigation via the internet before deciding on a vet and we know we ve chosen wisely. Thank you.

Cece seems to have an anxiety attack every time she is put in a cage and me leaving her there. She barks like crazy and jumps up on gate to get out. There s nothing we can do about this, but it s a reason I don t bring her for grooming more often.

Dr. Grimes is such a pleasure. He is so personable, gentle with my animals, and explains everything in a thorough and understandable way. Such an asset to the profession!!!!

Fabulous staff, so knowledgeable

I keep trying to schedule Truck for an ongoing every two week bathing appointment . I am told you can only do it for a couple weeks at best. Once the appointments I can make are exhausted nobody calls and tries to schedule him. You are losing business

everyone is so friendly and helpful

Rachel does an outstanding job when grooming our Papitese, Buddy. Buddy is very attached to me and protective of me, so he seems to be aggressive with other dogs; however, he only barks and has never bitten another dog or person. I’m amazed that Rachel says he is well-behaved and stands still for his haircuts when I’m not there. Also, the staff often comments how lovable Buddy is with them. I’m sure that that has a great deal to do with how they treat him. I won’t go anywhere else for grooming or doctor visits. Great job every time!

Great doctor! He had all the time in the world for me and answered all my questions very thoroughly. Thank you. My only complaint is your prices are pretty high.

By far the absolutely best veterinary practice in all of Orange County. Doctors and staff are incredible. It’s all about providing the best care to our animals and I love this place for that. Thank you Sunnycrest for all that you do.

My only suggestion would be to ensure all the vet techs know what is or is not available. The tech I spoke to did not know that enough med syringes were available for me to purchase. In the end I thank Erin for her phone call that ended me with me having what I needed. Thanks. Otherwise Sunnycrest is outstanding.
