We appreciated the calm feeling when we arrived at the office. The office staff were helpful and friendly. The tech was kind, gentle, and helpful, and Dr. Powell did a thorough exam, and was very gentle with our old kitty. She explained the xray results and lab results very well. Thank you.

I ended up waiting til about 9:20 to be seen for a 9:00 appointment. I scheduled my appointment early thinking the providers would be able to stick to the schedule more closely; last time I came in around 4pm and waited too long. 20 minutes is still a little long to wait when you re trying to get a bunch of stuff done or taking time off from work.

Dr Wiser was the third veterinarian to examine our GSD. She was knowledgeable and reassuring as she helped us to move forward with our dog s treatment for a hideous disease. The staff is wonderful and the tech was extremely helpful and never rushed us in our quest for answers. Everyone was gentle and caring with our dog .... which had not been the norm at other places. We can recommend them without hesitation. We drive two hours round trip to see them...worth it!
