I give 5 stars for everything about the Mercy Crusade. Everything was excellent, and the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Mercy Crusade is definitely providing a much needed service for Ventura county.

Office was clean and Staff was extremely nice!!

I was disappointed that Harley who was having difficulty breathing and was so kindly scheduled in was told the needed a chest x Ray before prescribing medications to help and that couldn’t be done until the following week. I immediately took him to VMSG and after 8 hours and cxr told what I even knew. The heart murmur was worse thill palpable and he needed lasix and vetmedin. He even had fluid in his lungs. I know this is a progressive disease as the vet who told me a year ago it was stage 2 but now is a 5 murmur. I would like to stay with my previous vet from last Thursday’s visit if possible. He has a 2 week supply of medications right now and I would like to give a 10 star to Dakota for getting us in. Unfortunately the vet who saw him wouldn’t give him any meds until an x Ray which they couldn’t do. I was told the following week. He could have passed by then. I am a first line person in this epidemic and to worry that your dog is dead when you get home is terrifying. Have always had wonderful experiences at Mercy except on 9/17.

Was not told that the Amoxacillin needed to be diluted.

Service is great, but there is no way to speak with someone when you call. You are only able to leave a message and hopefully they return your call.

Little confusing with the tent set up if I needed to go to the tent first or wait in line to talk to the people at the tent. But with these difficult times not really that big of a deal. Keep up the great work and supporting our community!
