It took 2-3 weeks to get in unless I wanted to do an emergency appointment. This is both good and bad. Good because it means the clinic has many clients (yay!), but bad because unless I’m willing to pay more for an emergency appointment, I have to wait my turn. The staff is always great and I am very happy to have this clinic right around the corner from where I live. Plus late Thursday appointments and Saturday appointments give me a chance to make a routine appointment and not miss work. The best clinic my pets and I have ever been to!!!

We came in and did not describe the full nature of the morbidity that our dog was experiencing prior to our visit. The doctor and staff took the time we needed even though it was far more than expected. Thank you!

I love that you take as much pride into giving my pet the care she deserves as I do. I was very concerned about her and you made it so much easier for me to not worry about it, you made getting her in for an appointment super simple and easy. Was a bit disappointed that we were put on a wait list when I called regarding an ear infection for my dog. Would have expected that there would be times set aside for urgent/emergency appointments. Did get in the next day, but was basically on call with my phone while at work to get him in. I m sure there are more important issues for other patients, but when I m told we don t want him to wait days,,,, but can t get him in.... Can I put you on a wait list and call.... really doesn t drive a confidence level. Thanks for hearing my concerns.

Cudahy vet is absolutely amazing! They are always willing to answer my questions,my dogs love them, they don t overcharge and they are all around good people. Our office visits have always been a positive experience! I would highly recommend this clinic.

Everyone at the Cudahy clinic is friendly and very hrlpful. If I have a question they answer it. If they don t know they will find out. Truly an amazing group of people.
