I received this survey but had canceled my appointment. I was recently disappointed however. I called last Monday because our dog. REGGIE, had a swollen, itchy, watery eye. I was told to give him Benadryl and send a picture of the eye, which I did. No one confirmed the picture was recieved, and there was not any type of follow up. By this Monday his eye was cleared up so we didn t keep the appointment. It was disappointing that there was not any confirmation or follow-up from anyone last week.

The vet needs to understand when explaining a diagnosis or issue with the owner, they need to provide more simplified verbiage. The excessive technical jargon is very confusing and intimidating. I feel very overwhelmed and sort of pushed into spending lots of money for unnecessary tests vs my pets age and conditions.

The curbside fee is a bit much. There are situations where that’s more of a common courtesy to help out customers. I think it should be reconsidered as the pandemic ways are fading and there likely would not have been a fee prior to the pandemic. It would have been looked at more as a common courtesy.
