The tech who roomed us was so friendly. Dr Beth is our favorite vet we’ve ever had there. She did a very in depth physical for our dog and gave me options without judgment of my decisions. I feel very comfortable bringing my dogs here now.

It would be nice to be able to get your pet in when they are ill or injured. Not real real impressed with not being able to do so last week. And then I get asked this week if I would move my appointment to accomodate someone trying to get in with an ill or injured pet. Not that moving the time was an issue but wow talk about feeling like a second class client after not being able to get in the week before for an injury.

I am very disappointed that when I asked to go into the room where my dog was being vaccinated at, the technician told me I could not go. She is a very timid dog and was very frightened. I thought this was strange because when she had her first vaccination I was in the room with her and the doctor.
