In a world where customer service is greatly lacking, it’s nice to know it still exists at the St. Anna Vet Clinic. You guys are great! I trust you fully as you always have my pets’ best interest in mind. I can tell everyone there really enjoys what they do - helping animals in need and you have my utmost respect for that. Paying an office visit really sucks. We re not visiting. We just want our dogs taken care of. With twelve dogs it really adds up. We cannot keep affording it when we have other obligations. When someone comes to my booth at a flea market they are charged for anything they may buy. They re not charged a booth visit charge. Same goes for all other businesses. Only vets seem to have this charge. Also, a multi-animal discount would be nice.
