Honestly, I cannot recommend this Clinic as it takes too long to get in for an appt. Also, I continue to be disappointed that you feel it necessary to keep us out. I have a business in the Service industry (34 yrs to-date) and have had to mask up to see clients during the Pandemic. I could not avoid them as you are and continue to be. My chiropractor and massage therapist have continued to touch my aching body, but you won t even let me in your building. At this point, I am starting to take offense to this prolonged practice and don t know how much longer I am willing to accept it. As a new customer, I have spent over $1500 with you in the last 6 months and have yet to see a face. Seriously, why are you so afraid of us? I am not afraid of my clients. Enough is enough already.

In a world where customer service is greatly lacking, it’s nice to know it still exists at the St. Anna Vet Clinic. You guys are great! I trust you fully as you always have my pets’ best interest in mind. I can tell everyone there really enjoys what they do - helping animals in need and you have my utmost respect for that. I appreciate all you do for us!

Paying an office visit really sucks. We re not visiting. We just want our dogs taken care of. With twelve dogs it really adds up. We cannot keep affording it when we have other obligations. When someone comes to my booth at a flea market they are charged for anything they may buy. They re not charged a booth visit charge. Same goes for all other businesses. Only vets seem to have this charge. Also, a multi-animal discount would be nice.

Very caring there for you when you need them. Dr Beth takes her time with you answering all your questions. The staff is great will help you in any way
