Dr Faircloth is a wonderful veterinarian. He always spends a lot of time with my dog and never keeps me waiting more than 5 minutes. He really loves and cares about my fur baby. He is the best!!! We really appreciate him

Visited facility for grooming purposes. Sulu received a great hair cut and grooming by Stevie. I had trouble filling out the above form. But Sulu will definitely be returning to Stevie for his next haircut. Staff at pickup were friendly and helpful. Thank you Stevie. I did have trouble completing the above form. Probably my issues.

I visit the Anderson location and always have Great service...Everything there greets Lola and take excellent care of my prized possession...Kirby Always ask how she is doing and if I have any concerns...we love the staff at the that location...thanks

At this time I only use grooming. I have a pet plan with another vet. I am thinking about coming with you when my plan expires.

My puppy is very friendly, which is good but makes cutting nails hard. The women who did my puppy helped me make my puppy comfortable and distracted with treats so she could cut his nails. The only complain is the wait time of over an hour to get nails trimmed.

In fast to resolve a potential complicated problem.

For having an appointment in advance and only one other person/dog waiting I feel waiting 20 minutes is a bit much. Also the staff forgot to include heartworm testing in my dog s bloodwork. Now I have to go back, and he has to get stuck again.

Dr took time in spite of it being a very busy day! Customer service and caring people is A+.

The doctor seemed as though he was afraid of my pet. He barely touched my dog and had me open his mouth for the teeth check. He also had the technician do the nail clipping while standing over her and directing her how to do so. Told her to take more off of one nail and she had to openly point out to him that she could not. It was as short as she could go. We saw Dr. Dan. I was not pleased with him or his manor towards my dog.

Great friendly staff, and I really appreciate the follow up calls post surgery. Nice modern clean facility.

My visit was for grooming so my visit didn t involve the vet. Other than that, I have used All creatures for years and love it and the people there. Have a Merry Christmas!

I came in on my scheduled time and was told that I cancelled my appointment. Which I didn’t and the front desk made a mistake with a different client. Then I proceeded to wait 45 min in a room with no contact from a vet tech or any one for a quick check up. The first appointment I was called to ask if I wanted to treat my pup and also give her a 6 month heart worm shot.... which I agreed. Then when I came in today I was told it was declined or they will need to verify with the previous vet on staff that day it was done. The Anderson location seems to be disorganized in their operations. I plan to go back one last time to finish my last check in for my pup ear then selecting a different vet services for me and my pup.

My dog underwent a dental cleaning and during the examination of her teeth, the technician noticed that 10 teeth needed extracted. I wasn t notified of the extractions until after her procedure was finished. I would have approved the extractions, but I feel that I should have been notified about the extractions before they were done (since I only made the appointment for the dental cleaning and nail clipping). Fortunately, I had the extra money to pay for the extractions, but if I didn t have it, I wasn t given a choice. Not everyone has the extra money to pay upfront. Please make sure to give owners the choice to have any additional work done. As I stated, I would have gladly allowed it, but I should have been given that option. Thanks.

My pet was treated so good. The visit was very enjoyable. I would recommend to my friends to take their pet here in a heart beat!!
