We waited an hour and almost 20 minutes past our appointment time before the doctor came in. No one told us he was running behind. We were put in a room and left. The so called exotic Dr. Didn t even know much of anything about our lizard and had to ask the receptionist what she does with her lizards at home. Overall was very upset and ended up being there over 2 hours.

Dr. Dan was a disaster. He was disorganized, an hour and a half late and didn’t seem to know what he was talking about. He was going from room to room aimlessly without finishing one appointment before moving to the next. He hadn’t read the chart. He was not friendly to me or to my animal. I was supposed to have blood work results back today and no phone call despite the fact that I called at 2 PM to follow up. Completely unacceptable. I do not trust this practice and will not go back.

I am not happy about being charged for office visits when i have the gold plan for both my dogs. I may change back to my other vet because of the office visit charge.. $25.00 a visit is a little much when we pay $56.00 a month for our plans.

I have 4 dogs and bring them in for grooming. Love my groomer. However, very disappointed to see that you are no longer honoring the loyalty card program. Especially when the grooming costs went up again.

Unfortunately I was not happy with how long I had to wait. I sat in the waiting area almost one hour before even getting into the room. When I asked about the reason I was told there were several emergencies that had them backed up. If I would’ve known this when I walked in I would’ve just reschedule because I needed to go pick up children from school. It definitely was an inconvenience.

I have found All Creatures to be the best for all my pet needs. The Vet and technicians were all great to work with, extremely friendly and I appreciate all they did to help us with our cats.

So happy with Meagan the groomer. She does a great job.

When I went to get my revolution for our cats the person charge me twice as much as I’m use to paying , it only suppose to be 30.00 , but here she charge me 59.99 . She said it was an increase in price. But I think that is too much of an increase . Is their a way I can get part of that credit to my account ? Thank you

every thing was grate

Staff is always friendly and obviously care about my pets. However, my appt was at 10am, my pet wasn t called until 10:45. Vet was quick, saw him maybe 15 min. And then I had to pay a copay which yes, part of the plan but common courtesy goes a long way so the copay was annoying for a 15 min visit that involved a 45 min wait in your lobby. The wait wasn t acknowledged, no sorry for your wait . If you were this busy your check in staff could have offered a reschedule or let me know the wait would be long. Not one word. Kind of disappointed because we love All Creatures.

Please consider having days for just dogs and days for just cats. Many cats are terrified by barking dogs which makes it difficult for the cat to be calm during the visit.

I felt the vet spent a good amount of time but the directions were not very clear. I was given a medication to give as needed but the label said to start it immediately and give twice a day. I also was given a second medication without any discussion about what it was or how to use it. The vet commented that my dog s anal glands were full but the tech didn t know about it and when I asked, I didn t get any answer on whether they needed to be dealt with. Otherwise, the treatment cleared my dog s issues up right away so it was a successful visit!

Great first impression for an emergency on a Sunday. We will be changing to this vet for regular visits.

I understand that the discount after 6 grooms will no longer be available and wonder why this is being stopped.

I ve never waited so long to see the vet.It seems like the waiting time just gets longer and longer.

Everything was fine until I saw my account and was charged twice for 359.16 which is the whole payment for the puppy basic plan. I signed up for it and was going to pay monthly. They fixed the issue but due to the mistakes they made my account was overdrawn and the bank charges me for that. I am really disappointed.
