I was not informed of the price of the bloodwork or urine sample. My bill went from $55-$225! The doctor did not inform me how much it would be until they were finished. Not professional at all. I would not have agreed to the work done. I was also told I would have results next day and I still have not received them.

I called to schedule a nail trim and was told my cats were due for their shots, so I asked for an appointment for both. We ended up getting a full wellness exam and no nail trimming.

Waited over an hour in the parking lot, no communication at all! A heads up about running behind would have been appreciated. Instead when you call in they say, they will be right out. Office visit prices went up and was never warned prior to appointment.

I have been bringing foster dogs to your office for 8 months for various services. Now my foster fail is a patient and we plan to transfer our other 3 dogs when they’re up for their vaccines and annual visits. I appreciate you getting our sick dog and our sick fosters in same-day. All together we ve brought 11 fosters in for various services (including 5 parvo puppies!). Our experiences, along with same day sick appointments, are the deciding factors for us to make the switch. Thank you!

I completely understand the reason for having us wait in our cars while our pets are taken inside,but please try to come up with some way we can be with our pets while in the exam rooms. It’s just nerve racking for the pet and the owner.

I understand not having a lot of people in the waiting room due to COVID and waiting in the parking lot however not being able to go in with my dog was hard to understand. Think of it in the context of having to drop your child off at the doctor and not being able to be with them. Thanks

Not being with your pet us stressful. Dr. Calhoun called right after seeing Maggie and confirmed she was healthy and asked if I had questions. He kindly answered my question I did have and that was that. I appreciate the office being open during pandemic taking care of our pets safely.

There was so many vaccines, procedures, etc. needed to be done on my young cat, she was experiencing so many side-effects and trauma from her surgery and treatments I was concerned about her being able to endure it all at once.
