3 star for scheduling because it took 2 weeks to get in. But I’m ok since I had some meds at home to treat pet with. The Dr explained everything to me . Took his time and went into effects of meds. Long appointment but overall happy with service and staff

The staff was amazing in caring for our hedgehog. They were reassuring, provided options, and kept us up to date with information. When I called for updates the staff was very friendly and prompt in giving me an update, which was very reassuring as we were worried about our little hog! Douglas is doing so much better, and we rest assured that when we need help again the staff at All Creatures will be there for us. Thank you for all you do!

When I called to check in for curbside, the phone sent over to the Amelia office. The girl on the phone was rude and told me my appt was actually at 9:20 not 9am like I had been told. It ended up being that she clicked into the wrong client and did not apologize for being rude. We then sat outside of the Anderson office for 30 mins before I called to see why it was taking so long. It seemed as though they had forgotten and came out right away. I had 2 dogs and 2 small children in the car. When my dogs were seen it was quick and effective. They got the exam and blood work done in a timely manner, the vet answered all of my questions.

Staff is extremely unsatisfying at Amelia location. Ariel was rude, and walked away while talking to me. And gave an “I don’t know answer” to a simple question about a decal sample. When my dog was brought out, nobody suggested a follow up exam. I called the next day to request a prescription food, waited for 15 mins nobody answered. The second time I called was answered quickly, and I drove to anderson for the script and the staff there was much friendlier. I drove from Columbus to been seen by the doctors here, and I was extremely unsatisfied with the service. And I’m disappointed I wasted my time. The only good experience I had was from the tech that came and got my dog from the car, and the doctor was very very nice and kept me updated.

I am beyond disappointed. The wait time was ridiculous with no explanation or apology. Our appointment time was 4:30 pm. I left your parking lot at 7:02 pm. This was after being placed on hold for several minutes for someone to answer the phone in order for me to ask for my dog to be returned to my vehicle. I was not offered any type of vaccine or wellness plan, I even asked about it when making the payment over the phone. I requested the office manager call me to discuss my concerns. I am still waiting on the call. My dog will not be returning for any type of services.

I had to wait in my vehicle an hour and a half, not sure why everything took so long but it seemed was a long time for what we needed.

the wait time was totally inappropriate-1 1/2 hours is rediculous--and an immunization was not given. I will need to rescedule for that one

We have been customers of All Creatures for at least 30 years. I tried to purchase Revolution for my cat and was refused because the cat wasn’t seen in the office. All Creatures has a reputation for being a money grab, and I cannot understand why you need the office visit money when you make money on the Revolution. You already have both of my dogs using the wellness plans so I don’t understand why I cannot get flea control for my cat.

My appointment was supposed to get 11 AM, but when I got there they told me it was at 11:30. Even though the day before I got a voicemail from the office stating that the appointment was at 11. I did not like that I have to stay in the car while my dog was seen. I kept having to call the office and they kept having to call me and it was pretty ridiculous

Great experience given the current circumstances. The staff was accommodating, especially the intake employees! They were very friendly and considerate. Dr. Meakin is a rock star.

I was impressed with the care received and with staff friendliness.

I have no idea how much time was spent with my dog, since I had to wait in the car. My dog, Gus, had an allergic reaction to a shot, I was not happy with the phone call addressing this problem. I have not idea how much time/effort the vet spent with my dog. Hopefully next time I will be able to accompany my dog inside.

At closing time, the staff seemed rushed to get out and rushed me and my pet in the car, forgetting his oral care food supplement. Luckily, I remember the 25.00 bottle supplement I paid for. Dr. Linda was great.

Very satisfied with the care given my cat.

My dog was not well at all. They fit me in the day we called and even called back and got us in earlier. Very happy with the care received with the situation we were in and pandemic happening. It’s been very hard for us to find a Vet that makes us comfortable with out severely anxious dog, and we have finally found one. Thank you for all you do.

My low scores are due to the situation wit Covid. I called everyday for a week for an appointment. Despite my plea to be seen. My dog was in pain. I was told that there was nothing that could be done and I could call medvet if I felt like it. I finally found someone to help who got him in within 24 hours. I just hated not being able to go in with my dog. It felt the equivalent of a parent dropping off their child at the pediatrician and not being able to go in with them.

I can’t comment on the office facilities, because it was a curbside appt.

Dr. Barnes said that she would call my husband but never did. He explained what was wrong with the dog before the visit but was very unhappy that she did not call him after saying that she would.

Very sad to learn that since this practice joined with a new organization so many things have changed. Rescue is gone. Increase in office visit. Canceling vet clinics.
