I appreciated the doctor’s understanding of my older dog’s needs. She didn’t push tests or vaccinations that aren’t essential.

Really frustrating experience to get our cat in to be seen. Yes, we should have requested a refill before running out of med, that’s on us. But it would have been helpful to have guidelines ahead of time about how often the bloodwork needed to be done. It only took 10 minutes to draw blood, and it would have been nice if she could have been seen without having to wait a week. She is incredibly uncomfortable and in the past Dr. Lichtenberg or Dr. Pelletier would have squeezed us in. We understand that the pandemic has made running a business, and in particular a vet, incredibly difficult. However, it seems like it was a problem before covid when the practice was sold and went from 2.5 vets to 1. The staff on the day of appt were friendly and professional. The staff over the phone have become less than friendly and helpful. We also wish that you still had a portal and a way to communicate with Dr. Russo and staff besides calling. We’ve been bringing our cats and dogs to Lichtenberg Vet for a long time and don’t want to find another vet, but we’re becoming increasingly dissatisfied.

If you make Reggie look younger and healthier what about me? As always a great pleasure knowing Reggie is such good hands. Thanks.

As not a regular client I called for an appointment and was given one within 2 hours. I was very well pleased with everything. The doctor and staff were wonderful and treatment was 100%++. Thanks to you my Glory is Back to normal. We will be seeing you folks again soon.
