Came for a blood redrawn after my dog was temporarily put on a medication. It’s been 2 days since the bloodwork and haven’t been notified yet. Called and still didn’t get a call back yet which is a little disappointing.

We are always impressed with the friendly mannerism of everyone, the professionalism of Dr. Molly and how right-on her diagnosis of our girl always is. Not only is her expertise valued by us, but also how genuinely affectionate she is towards our girl! Than you!!!

A great visit from the parking lot to paying the bill!! Tech was great-Jaime- Doc was fabulous as usual. Thank you all, Marie Ciosek

Excellent and thoughtful service as always, so 5 stars in all categories. My only complaint: Requiring vaccinated people to wear masks lacks any rational, scientific basis basis. The vaccines work. Those of us who have been vaccinated can neither contract nor transmit COVID-19. Requiring vaccinated people to wear masks helps perpetuate the falsehood that the vaccines are ineffective.

Time to let people come back in and wait instead of their cars. Maybe only 2 customers at a time if your still worried about covid.

Dr. Russo is compassionate with us and our pet and explains things thoroughly. Special shout-out to Kim, who patiently endures our nervous morning phone calls checking in on how Cinder did overnight. Everyone at this practice is kind and helpful, and it’s that kind of care for us, our pets, and our financial situation that keeps us coming back, despite the distance.

I appreciate Dr Jackson coming out to personally share what was happening with our Jackson. The only thing I wasn t pleased with is the fact I had no telephone service - the phone used cut out. I tried to call my home to have them share information but no service . All of the above I give 5 stars because I know the thoroughness of your staff. Jackson is coming along - as a pill giver it s an upward curve. We actually watched a Youtube video on how to pill a cat. Thank you

I was very satisfied with the service Skeeter and I received even though I could still not go into the office with him.

Dr. Molly gave me good information regarding Maisy’s physical. Was not able to be inside the office. No explanation needed for my bill just office visit charge. Already had her flea/tick and heart worm. Staff is always helpful and good with Maisy. Cyd

I am trying to give five excellent stars but the mousing over does not seem to do anything. I truly appreciate that the tech staff, swamped as I was told by receptionist that they would be that day, took the time to shave Fergus s mats that I could not cut off without hurting him. Love you all!

When the doctor called to give me results it was in medical terms - when vet tech brought dog out she explained what the doctor said! This is not a complaint - I love this place - been going there for around 30 years.

I have a return visit Monday for rabies shot, does that mean also pay for another office visit when this is a follow up for a wound. Also question 3 and 6 hard to answer as only spoke to the provider for about 3 minutes and never saw the facilities.

The staff have always been very friendly and kind to all my pets. Will we receive a call regarding my cats test results?

Cant answer about the cleanliness because we can’t come inside.... but I’m sure it’s fine! everything has gone well with both our pets, as new patients. The staff that come to our car are polite and respectful. The fees are very reasonable. My only suggestion is that when it’s a new pet patient, because we can not go inside to meet the doctor, it would be great if they could take just a minute to come out to meet us. It would be more personal to have a face to the name and voice when they call us during a visit with our pet.

If staff and the pet owner both have received the Covid vaccines, it would be much better for the pet if the owner were with the pet during the exam
