I have been going to a different vet for 20 years with my pets and my dog had an eye infection and they were going to make her wait 3 weeks to be seen. I was seen w/in 1 week at allouez animal hospital and I am so very happy with the care my dog received. Had they not seen her she may have lost her eye. New customer for life

My only concern was the no mask option; I work in healthcare and I’m exposed daily to Covid. I wear my mask for the safety of staff and other customers. While I understand the frustration of wearing it; I think all healthcare should be setting the example. Aside from that; I absolutely love the staff and I’m thankful for all you do for my animals and all the others in need??????

My cat is not easy to deal with but Dr Abby and staff we’re patient and understanding with him and me. They helped ease the anxiety of bringing him and I appreciate that so much!
