I really appreciate the Urgent Care option. This made getting my cat seen so much faster and I greatly appreciate the kind staff and doctor that saw him. The level of information and detail was exceptional and I am a forever patient now. Thank you!

It seems that the practice was short staffed in taking phone calls or returning messages. Communication was lacking. While I believe s the care that my pet received was good, I feel the practice was slow in all aspects. I did a lot of waiting, which I was not expecting. It also seemed that I was a bother to front desk staff when I had questions or called looking for an update on my pet.

Just a tech appointment but service was quick and easy...

My only concern was that I didn’t get any diagnostic paperwork to share with my vet after the visit. They’ve called to get copies but your office was so very busy they haven’t received it yet. Otherwise it was a great visit. I easily trusted you with my dog even though I couldn’t be in there with her. Thank you.

I understand you’re incredibly busy, but I do wish you’d take appts for sick dogs as opposed to having to go through urgent care for all issues.

I’m glad I called you I brought a man and an emergency and they took care of my dog thank you he seems to be better

I was very satisfied with the way our pet s visit at the hospital went.

Unfortunately My dog was not able to be seen. Waited 5 hours but had to leave. Staff seemed frustrated that I brought my dog there to be seen. Only trying to do right by my dog, not trying to aggravate anyone.. this pandemic has truly affected so many in negative ways.

I waited for 4 1/2 hours for my appt. I was not told what blood work would be done , I did give permission for blood work but was not told they were checking for HIV, Diabetes, and Feline Leukemia. If I had known I would have declined because she had already tested negative. It is VERY difficult to get pills down her with her teeth so bad, I asked for liquid form but did not get it. My pet is very important to me and I feel Wilsons could have communicated better and been more sensitive to the pain in my cat s mouth and sent home liquid meds.

Curb side service during Covid is not optimal but the team seems to make it work.

I wouldn’t change anything for any amount of money, Dr. Wilson and his assistant, Sheri, have been a god send for me....Without them, my dog would be without a permanent and stable veterinary group

Dr. Swagger was professional. She answered all of our questions completely. We are very happy with Wilson’s and we are confident our one year old chihuahuas are receiving excellent care. Larry and Diane Turner

The vet not only found pipers issue, it was the first time I’d heard about getting our dog a Bordetella shot twice a year since she gets groomed so often. Good to know is and we’ll definitely do it every 6 months from now on. Thanks!
