We would just like to thank the staff that was on duty this past Tuesday evening for taking such great care of our 10 week old puppy who swallowed a 1x1 computer emblem and couldn’t pass it. We called every local vet and animal hospital and no one could take us. Several vets suggested calling you so we did as a last resort. From here on out, you will be our go-to in an emergency. I was impressed with Dr. Kristen Donovan s medical care of my dog Jewels. She explained probable diagnosis and treatment in detail and expressed great compassion for my dog. I was very pleased with the care Jewels received that day. The wait time was a bit lengthy, but to be expected in the ER and worth the wait. Thank you for all the love and care for Jewels! We came here as a suggestion from our vet for after hours emergency care - I ve been to other emergency vets in the past and I was blown away by Wilson s! The best service, we felt they truly cared that our dog was sick. From the phone call asking if we should come in, to the top notch vet care, and the amazing staff - they made us feel heard, and they truly helped. Thank you!

I think the covid procedures work well. I would have rather been in the facilities with my dog because he gets very anxious, but I do like the fact that he was able to stay in the car as we waited to go in rather than be anxious in the waiting room. I think the current procedures are as good of a solution as can be.

Very hard to get someone to call back. Our Dog had surgery and we waited for over an hour for her to be discharged. We told the office we would be there within 40 minutes. Including the drive time and the wait outside was a total of almost 2 hours.

Dr.. Vitale was very informative over the phone as I sat in my car in the parking lot. Although it would be nice to see the doctor face to face as we are facing 2 major surgeries in the near future with our pup.

Loved my tech that took care of us. She was helpful to book me a spay for the new pup as I had complained about the surgery scheduler not contacting me for four days. I miss Amanda that used to schedule the appointments. She was on top of things!!

It’s just hard not being able to go in with my dog.. I don’t understand a pet facility having issues with covid. We all wear masks, it’s clearly labeled on the door.! I don’t remember governor Whitmor saying anything about vet offices. Please reconsider that policy.!!Plus everyone is getting covid shots also.

It would have been helpful to have more info on the new curbside check in. My confirmation call didntt even tell me to call. They didn’t say what extension I should use. I wasted a lot of time on hold in the parking lot waiting to find out I just needed to use the extension number. I do appreciate all the added effort all your staff is putting in..
