Dr. Trayes and the vet tech were and always are very patient with my dogs. They are understanding of the stress the dog is under in the vets office and are very accommodating. I like how Dr. Trayes always personally calls with the test results and takes the time for any questions. I no longer live close to the office but I refuse to go anywhere but Cherry Ridge Vet Clinic with my dogs.

Ashley is great with Spartacus. With my medical condition in Sparta guess being a service dog she always make sure that he does not get stressed out. And always remember us what has happened to Sparta guess in the past. She is a valuable employee and a great back tech Cherry Ridge be glad to have such a good employee. As far as the rest of the stuff I don’t have much dealing with them on that particular business but I can say the rest your staff is also great and very caring about their customers and their pets I have always and will still continue to recommend Cherokee Ridge vet clinic to friends and familie Because everybody their treats all the animals as if they were their own pets.

Everyone at the office was wonderful. The check in was easy, the wait time minimal the tech who assisted was so sweet and caring with a Linguine! Dr Rutledge was so thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and listened to all our concerns. We were also very pleased with the timeliness of getting an appointment and scheduled for her cleaning and extractions. All of my experiences at Cherry Ridge are amazing. All of the staff are so nice and caring. My appointment wasn t an expected one. Finn woke up sick, vomiting and had abdominal pain. You were able to fit me in for an appointment which was awesome. I haven t seen Dr.Rutledge before and he was great! He was so sweet to Finn. Since Finn s appointment he s been feeling much better and is back to his crazy self!
