Vet seemed to give up to easily on animal instead of stating all options. Pet Parents had to ask for services to be performed that the Vet should have automatically done. No follow up on previous visit provided by Vet even after client called the office. Extremely disappointed in and worried about care being provided.

We are new to the Ark family but everyone has been so amazing. Super friendly staff, easy to get appointments fast, and the staff talks to the pets as well as the people which is a big thing to us.

was a great 1st time.... loved that the waiting room wasn’t busy... loved that in the hour that I was there, was maybe left waiting in the room a total of 10mins... old place we’d wait 20 mins before the tech even came in... Loved that there was no wasting time on what they are eating & didn’t try to take their temperature.. that was the first time in 5 years that I was able to bring them both.. usually I’d have to bring them separate b/c Bella & other dogs. After going to the same place for 20 years, was a little nervous, however, I was very happy & comfortable.

Everything was smooth in the office. There was some confusion with making an online appointment and several phone calls about it. But other than that it was a great experience!
