Just switched to Ark...very happy and so are my pets

I felt so bad watching my cat fall off the table 2 times. I know she was scared and she was very loud with her mouth she would bite but to watch my cat fall 2 times and then pee herself on the floor being held down and then pooped on the table being held down was very sad for me to see and traumatizing to my cat she wouldn t even let me pick her up after it was all over. I just think they should have offered some sort of pill or something to give her before her appt to calm her down...from previous visit they should have noted how kitty was besides she bites in the notes. Very sad to see her that way. I was worried she broke something when she wouldn t let me near her. She is fine now but next visit they need to tell me to give her something prior.

The facility is beautiful, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the vet is very knowledgeable, thorough, and provided great information. Everyone there seems truly invested in the practice and your pets best interest. I am relieved to have found such a wonderful place to take my pets from now on.

Your staff has been wonderful to Blaze and Gia and my son JT. Always friendly and helpful and even give toys for my son to play with. They let me keep the dogs and my son in a room and checked me out for me. It was awesome. Its hard for one person to have two dogs and a toddler. lol Thank you for everything.

Always a great experience. All staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Seidel is top notch and thorough and always listens to and answers any questions I may have. I like the separate waiting rooms. Helps my cats relax a little in the cat waiting area. The only recommendation I would have, maybe it would be helpful to have adaptil diffuser in the dog exam rooms and feliway for the cats. It does wonders in my home and I never leave the house without spraying down a towel.with it to lay over the carrier.

As always, Dr Sidel and the staff were wonderful and accommodating. I can t say enough about the office. They always treat all my animals, personal and fosters, with love and compassion.
