Drug cost for my cat way too high

We love coming to your office. I am a little taken back and disappointed by the exuberant price increases. Your facility was always more expensive but I understood that and accepted that due to the facility you run/maintain and the staff/doctors level of care provided. I had one of my cats go through the dental exam/cleaning with a tooth extraction maybe 5 years ago and it was around $800. I understand that cost has gone up and was expecting around $1,000 for my cat that was just seen. To see the price triple was a punch in the gut. I’m very sad to say I had to go else where for the dental care (I’m not comfortable with other practices and hope they don’t botch my cats mouth) but $2200 is just not feasible. I hope you truly reevaluate the pricing before the customers are ran right out the door. Thank you!

I would have hoped the vet would have examined my dog but he was well informed about her history and answered all my questions about options for my almost 14 year old golden retriever.

I had to wait about 2 months for the initial appointment. But, I hope when we need to seen in the future now that we are a patient appointments will be more available. Enjoyed the veterinarian and the staff — very kind and efficient.

The 2 Techs were super nice and friendly and seemed to really care about my dog.

I appreciate that we were able to be seen, however I don’t think we will be returning as we feel that the prices we were charged for the few services and time were really high.

Highly recommend having a conversation with Dr Garret Moenk and his tendency to pressure clients into unnecessary medical procedures. I was very uncomfortable and said no multiple times and made to feel like a bad pet parent for not wanting additional testing for my animal. I was pressured into saying yes, after trying to say no twice. I had a technician come in by me and I was comfortable enough to let them know I wasn’t interested in the things he was forcefully recommending. Bedside Manners are important, even if it’s “just” animals they’re working with
