As always, staff was kind and friendly. The visit was efficient, but thorough, and I got my dog s blood test results back right away. Thank you for helping me take such good care of my pets!

When entering though the Cat Entrance , it would be beneficial if there was a sign immediately visible explaining what to do. Instead, you can either wait and wonder if anyone knows you are there, or poke your head into the main lobby. The desk staff is always wonderful and quick to get us into an exam room when I poke my head into the main lobby, but it has to be confusing to new/ other patient owners as it was for me. It also sort of defeats the purpose. That being said, it is very VERY nice that there is a peaceful and quiet entrance like that! Maybe in the future there could even be one for nervous dogs? All of our pets that have been at Country Hills have been treated with the best of care. Everyone who works there needs to know how much we really appreciate them. All of your jobs are very difficult, and to add the element of pet owners can t be easy! Thank you for everything you do!

The wooden seats in the waiting rooms and lobby have to go. They are torture to use. If the employees can have cushions to sit why not the customers.

Country Hills always gives our pets the best care. Would not take my pets anywhere else.

I have to post how grateful we are for Dr.Thompson’s quick intervention with Packer at Country Hills Pet Hospital! I cannot express how much we appreciate Dr.Thompson personally staying and monitoring Packer through the night. It could have been a different story had we not had this clinic 10 minutes away and would have had to travel 45 minutes to another animal hospital! This is why we have chosen the best veterinary clinic! They have the skill set for almost every situation. Thank you for your updates and diligence in his care! I know yesterday the prognosis was very grim. We are so grateful for your swift care that gave us this amazing positive result. We appreciate the above and beyond of everyone involved in his care!!!! I just wish 2 years ago when I saw another vet, Dr. Amy, that explanations would ve been more clear. I probably would ve had the surgery for Molly.Dr.Thompson looked at a previous biopsy and saw different results.

Everyone is so professional and courteous to me. I really appreciated Dr. Thompson s phone call and he took the time to through his analysis slowly and carefully and as always the summary was informative too. Nicole was very helpful too during checkout phase. the front desk is always efficient and Jan certainly brightens up my visits.

They make the visits easy on my cats and I appreciate the care they are given.

Great first visit

The only thing to give me pause would be the waiting time. But i also understand the doctor has to review records before seeing the pet.

At this visit, I was very appreciative of the opportunity to opt out of things I don’t find necessary to the care of our dog. I also appreciate the willingness of staff to explain the actual risk of declining these things. I have in the past felt irresponsible, pressured and sometimes therefore “swindled”, when many expensive things have been highly recommended at our visits. I also appreciate the texted appointment reminders that make it easy to add it to my calendar. :)

overall the folks that work there are great, although it would be nice to have an electronic copy of the invoice, but not a big deal. Dr. Thompson was great, and took all the time needed to answer any concerns I had, I really appreciate that.

when told that an animal is sick, making that animal wait another week and half to be seen is not ok! there should be ways to get that animal seen ASAP, have a block of time set aside at the end of the day for that at least

We were forced to change vets since our original one closed, and we couldn’t be happier with the care of our pooch so far! They’ve already been more proactive and sensitive than our old vet was in the 11 years we worked with them. I’m a little disappointed that we didn’t switch sooner, but glad that we’re with them now to do everything we can for our senior pooch. While it is definitely more expensive, we understand that you really do get what you pay for! Our furchild is definitely worth it. :-)
