I was grateful to be able to get an appointment promptly, and was able to be seen to a room almost immediately. Staff was wonderful, and I m grateful for their treatment.

It was really nice that the person who greeted me at the desk took me and my reactive dog directly to a treatment room to help us avoid any confrontations with other dogs. Melody & Cass have been SO helpful in helping Bear overcome his fears and make his visits to the clinic pleasant for all involved.

I thought the lady bringing us back into the exam room was a bit rude and rushed me through all of shots and tests about to happen, and the up selling of the the heart worm & flea guard was rushed with ZERO heads up of cost. Thank goodness I said no to the flea guard or my bill may have hit $800 plus dollars. My bill was shocking almost…. $700 for two dog…..with no heads up? I won’t be able to sleep at night if I did that in my business. Doctor was nice & knowledgeable.

Our dog is extremely anxious at the vet’s office and over-reacts toward other dogs. I appreciated being placed in the exam room to wait when another person and their dog entered the waiting area.

Lazy was treated with care by the staff here at the clinic. We met with a different vet & vet tech this time and the care they both provided was awesome! I do want to mention that i could hear staff going back and forth in the back asking if he was Lazy or Lucy. This isn’t a huge deal, but I just want everyone to be aware how when they are speaking loud clients can hear them in the examination rooms. I just wouldn’t want anybody’s pet to receive the wrong shots or treatment due to a difference in the name of the current patient. Again, it’s not a big deal but I just want to make you aware. :)
