The new male doctor has such a nice manner. He is knowledgeable about the problems my cat had.

I love the way all the staff genuinely care about my dogs well being. You don t get that much anymore. Thank you for all you do!!!!

The vet assistant was amazing however the vet was condescending and demeaning. He seemed rushed and as if he didn t want to discuss anything with me. I spent over $400 for my dogs care and am ok with that but I do not want to feel as if I m lower ranking and uneducated.

They were able to get me in much sooner than I expected. Explained my options to me and didn t pressure me to pick certain ones or spend money unnecessarily.

1st time here and am very impressed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Love Dr. Heather. It’s nice to see a clinic fully staffed. Glad I made the trip!

Thank you so much for taking my pup on. it was very hard to lose our vet that we had for our dogs for 20yrs, Dr.Spiers. Very sad we are praying for his recovery. I was very impressed with the care for my pup Milo. You all were wonderful….

Dr Gallagher didn t seem very thorough from what I m used to with our last dog and other vets. As a new puppy the exam felt very basic and minimal.

Suggest allowing drop off for a stool specimen before the appt date so results are available at time of appt instead of 3 days later

Vet Tech in training, Rachel, was very awkward with my dog and didn’t even know how to put the stethoscope in her ears. While I understand we all have to learn, this is a very basic thing to know. I wasn’t comfortable with her at all.

Not happy with the nail clipping one paw not clipped.I was told they could not get it done.Had to go elsewhere.
