I liked it that the Doctor really cares and is easy for me to hear and understand. Doctor Haney also gave me information on an insurance for my animal that was helpful.

My cats always receive the best of care there. Everyone is really good with them which can be a challenge when they are hurting. I also appreciate that you kept my kitty for an extra day during part of his recuperation from surgery. It is very clear to see that the Drs and staff have a love for the animals in their care. I appreciate that as I m sure other pet owners do also.

The staff was unwilling to do what the customer needs and can afford ! It is disappointing that after 20 years of going there I will have to go elsewhere. Prices are getting ridiculous! I don t want to own the place!

I had an appointment for 4:00 pm and was not seen until almost 4: 30. It was a quick procedure, so I m not sure why I had to wait so long. If I had been a walk-in client, then I would have understood the wait.

I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait and wasn’t seen for over 45 minutes due to a meeting. I would say don’t schedule meetings during appointment times cause our time is important also.

The vet tech was amazing. And the doctor was also so sweet! I give prior to you all from the front desk staff to the doctors you guys treat sprocket great!

My apt was for 9am and I wasn t seen until after 9:30.

I appreciated the time they took to just say Hi to our dog....I think it made her more at ease and easier to examine.

I really like Companion Pet Clinic. I have made multiple visits with 3 different pets and everyone has been so kind and helpful.

Dr. Hill excellent. Had to wait @ a week and half for flea-infested cats to be seen. Front Office can improve on cost explaining by including both cats together in price quote; lady was quoting me for only 1 cat when apt was for both, as both were there--that part was disturbing, as obviously I m not going to give shots to one & not other.

As far as being there for an appt. @ 7am and they open @ 7am just for a couple shots for my dog I did not leave until after 8am, and there was 2 other non emergent animals that went in before my appt time.

Dr wilson went above and beyond explaining our dogs condition and taking the time to diagnose our dog. We have the most respect for him as a dr and a person.

I ve always been happy with the pet care and staff.
