We wish you would go to appointments only. There are so many folks who make appointments now that when you drop in the wait time is horrible! We always have great customer service and our dogs are treated well.

When you haft to have an examination to get your dogs shots. It puts a huge burden on people on just social security. I will skip some medications this month, because of it.

The last two times we have had appointments, been early and had to wait. Because I am new there, I believe from what I have heard, that in the past there may have not been appointments, it was on walkin basis only. One time we waited nearly 45 minutes because we had questions, so they had us wait until a room was available. Both times we had to wait to check in quite a while because there were so many people there, even though we were early. Maybe have a walkin checkin & appointment checkin or ask if there are people waiting with appointments and check them in first. Thank you for offering this opportunity to comment!

Waiting time for bordatella and a nail trim seemed excessive since we had a 14:30 appointment, we got in on time and it took 22 minutes to get April seen.

I would have liked to be informed beforehand that the shots I was getting my cat were only temporary . When I asked about this the blond girl with the glasses was rude so another tech had to come up and help answer our questions. My family has been using Companion pet clinic since it opened, so we re totally caught off guard with this temporary shot situation.

I brought in both of my dogs for shots and checkup. Both dogs were removed from the room for the shots and checkup so I didn t actually get to see it happen. This was a new process that I am not sure I liked.
