After waiting the young lady at the desk asked me why I was there she said I was a year off for the heartworm check you sent me a message telling me to make an appointment I understand mistakes happen no big deal I just rescheduled

It was obvious to me that the examining table had not been wiped down. The clinic was clean though.

There should be a much more informative disclosure regarding spaying an animal. Who in their right mind would perform surgery on an animal without IV fluids and pain relief? Just the idea that these are optional is ludicrous to me. If I had been told the FULL cost of the procedure, rather than the butcher version I would have been financially prepared to get it taken care of. Aside from the fact that your staff misinformed me of the cost from the beginning, stating that a spay for a small animal was $20 rather than the $58 for the absolute basic procedure. I ve been a customer for many years, and I am strongly considering going somewhere else.

we were very thankful that we were able to be seen before our appointment time because my daughter had another appointment a couple hours later that she couldn t miss. Tiffany is doing much much better and we feel everything that Dr. recommended was right on and has worked to resolve the injury. thank you very much. even though we had to wait to be seen, we could clearly see that the staff was taking care of emergencies and appointments appropriately and trying their best to work us in. happy with this visit. thank you.

Dr Dean Wilson is the best vet in the country. And I really appreciate the follow up call the next day. he really cares.

Very happy with the staff and doctor. They took their time and explained everything and answered all our questions. Felt like they really cared and went the extra mile to make sure everything when good. Our pup is doing great after his surgery. So happy we saw doc Wilson. He is awesome!!

Office staff seems to get frustrated when its something out of their normal routine. I noticed while waiting there is a lady that seems to but into conversations of all the other staff, when they are speaking to clients. We love your place and travel iver an hour to get to you.

Companion Pet goes above and beyond for your pet and there needs! Dr Wilson is the oppitomiy of selflessness, he s a hero in my eyes! I ve been taking my Lab Gypsy here for many years for her Allerergies, when I think there is nothing else we as dog parents & Vets can do Dr Wilson gives me the hope with the latest updated medication that works wonders! Now I have my 10 yr old baby back! Thank you, Dr Wilson. Your a Blessing!

Love companion pet clinic. Wish the wait time was a little less when I ve scheduled an appointment it s nice to just get right in at the given time. I had to sit for atleast15 min after appointment time and the vet was at lunch! Luckily my original vet came in to do the exam.

I enjoy brining Booie in for his needs. The staff are always welcoming and patient. By the time the Vet comes in to see him they know why he is there, they ask questions or address concerns you may have. Regarding cleanliness; I couldn t tell I had walked into a n animal clinic and Booie had no idea where he was at first! This clinic is cleaner than the local hospital with a calming atmosphere. They don t over book like many clinics do and when you check out the information is correct and isn t someone else s pet and their cost is very reasonable. Thank you for creating great place for our pets and their family.
