I find your services grossly overpriced and we are being charged for items I don t believe we should have to pay extra for. To be specific - paid $ 126 for a blood test to check medication levels for a diagnosed thyroid issue, and expected to pay for a doctors visit ($ 80) - after complaining about this due to being told by our last vet to come in and have a test done if we feel her change to his meds isn t satisfactory - I was then told as a one time courtesy, we could have a doctor review the results instead ($50+) - the results of the blood test should be included in the $ 126 fee I ve paid. So had I not complained - I would have paid over $ 200 to have my dogs medication fixed from the error in change last appt. After complaining - we are only paying $ 126 - which is still outrageous. I paid for a doctors visit, and a blood test - and she chose to change his medication. Now we are footing the bill again to correct her miscalculations. I believe your clinic should be offering reduced fees at the very least since this is not our error. We ve been with your clinic for years and are currently looking at other options due to these inflated prices.

As always, a wonderful place to bring our dog and know he will be looked after.

Dr. Tyrner is the best doctor we have seen. She is very thorough and I finally feel like my little guy is getting the great care he deserves. I am so grateful to have her.

I appreciated that they didn t rush my dog out the door, they wanted to make sure she was feeling her best and even kept her an extra day before leaving to go home after being spayed.

Great service and facilities and we will be back in the future. Overall cost was a little surprising and felt high but I understand vet services generally aren t cheap. Just difficult when you re unemployed.

Bri and Robin were awesome, make you feel very comfortable and you can ask them anything. very knowledgable and I am very appreciative of them.

Amazing staff all around, from the front desk to the operating room in the back. Understanding and not just rushing you to get out so they can see the next person. Very forgiving and is derstanding of my dogs as well, who are both not huge fans of the vets. Take the time to sit and be calm and not scared. Have made a lot of progress in my little ones people phobia ;) Would recommend this place to anyone, and have many times over.

We had an excellent experience. We had an emergency situation with our pet and the staff had our animal attended to immediately. They were very understanding, empathetic and professional. Thank you so much for all your help.
